We carry out all our innovative initiatives that enhance our competitive strength, support our sustainable growth, and create strategic value for our brand under our R&D operations. We conduct our R&D activities across two main pillars: central projects and on-site projects.
This dual structure enables us to develop rapid solutions that can be integrated into our production processes while simultaneously executing long-term strategic projects that drive transformation.

Through the innovative projects we implement, we not only achieve cost advantages but also contribute to reducing environmental impacts in areas such as energy efficiency, waste reduction, and the use of alternative raw materials and fuels.

Our R&D unit located in METU Technopark transforms our expertise into advanced technology, generating value-added solutions focused on employment and exports, and enabling us to develop pioneering projects that differentiate us in the industry.

We strengthen our industrial problem-solving capabilities through academic collaborations, establishing long-term relationships built on knowledge sharing and collective intelligence—not just project-specific partnerships. Our collaborations include leading institutions such as Middle East Technical University (METU), Bartın University, Abdullah Gül University, and Adıyaman University.

Through the technology management system we have developed, we closely follow scientific and technological advancements in the sector and select and implement projects aligned with our strategic priorities.
