      GENÇimko Internship Programs

      Long-Term Internship Program

      Participants:
      Undergraduate students in their final year or those with one year left before graduation, as well as graduate students, may apply to the program.

      Duration:
      11 months (July – June)

      Application Period:
      January – March

      Description:
      The Long-Term Internship Program aims to help students combine their theoretical knowledge with real business experience and develop their professional competencies. Throughout the year, participants work with expert teams in their fields, gaining the opportunity to start their careers with a strong foundation.

      Short-Term Summer Internship Program

      Participants:
      Undergraduate students in their 3rd or 4th year who are required by their university to complete a compulsory internship may apply.

      Duration:
      20 working days / 40 working days

      Application Period:
      March

      Description:
      The Short-Term Summer Internship Program allows students to gain short-term professional experience during the summer period. This program enables students to apply their theoretical knowledge while closely experiencing the corporate working environment.

      On-The-Job Training (Intern) Program

      Participants:
      University students completing their compulsory internship as part of the “Workplace Training” course in the 8th semester of their undergraduate programs may participate.

      Duration:
      5 months (Fall / Spring Semester)

      Application Period:
      April – December

      Description:
      The On-the-Job Training (Intern) Program enables students to directly participate in business processes and develop their professional competencies. Participants take active roles in projects, accelerating their adaptation to the professional world.

      Vocational And Technical Anatolian High Schools Internship Program

      Participants:
      3rd-year students enrolled in industrial vocational and technical high schools under the Vocational Education Law may apply.

      Duration:
      1 Academic Year

      Application Period:
      February – March

      Description:
      The Vocational and Technical Anatolian High Schools Internship Program allows students to apply the technical knowledge they gain throughout their education and prepares them for professional life. Participants gain hands-on experience in their field, building a strong foundation for their future careers.
