As Çimko Cement and Concrete, we prioritize environmental stewardship, social responsibility, ethics, governance, and human rights. In line with these principles, we aim to build strong, trust-based relationships with our suppliers and business partners while expanding our sustainable supply chain approach.
We consider an equal and non-discriminatory working environment, the prevention of child labor, fair compensation, and respect for human rights as essential requirements.
While working toward a sustainable future, we expect our suppliers and stakeholders—our key business partners—to adopt similar sustainability principles to the extent possible, and we value supporting their development in these areas.
We expect our suppliers to consider environmental and social impacts in their operations and to implement responsible and conscious practices in areas such as resource efficiency, recycling, occupational health and safety, and waste reduction.
We aim to ensure regular training and communication for our Supply Chain teams in line with sustainable procurement policies and processes. In this context, our work continues on the Responsible Supplier Code, which will define the minimum compliance criteria for our suppliers.
Within this framework, we aim to maintain long-term cooperation with all our suppliers and business partners in accordance with fundamental obligations.
