      COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

      At Çimko Cement and Concrete Inc., we aim to provide our employees with a fair, competitive, and sustainable compensation policy. We value the effort and contribution of our people, and we manage our compensation processes based on the principles of equality, performance, and transparency.

      Within our compensation policy, we apply the principle of “equal pay for equal work,” ensuring that female and male employees are compensated fairly based on their performance. Any situation that contradicts this principle is evaluated within the framework of Çimko’s Business Ethics Rules, and necessary actions are taken promptly.

      The salaries of our white-collar employees are determined objectively, taking into account market conditions and industry competitiveness. Additionally, all employee rights are fully secured in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

      Within our benefits package, all employees are provided with Private Health Insurance, with company contributions also offered for family members. In addition, we support our employees through special occasion payments and assistance packages.
